We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your artwork arrives in a timely manner and in the same condition as when it left Aleasha's studio. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing before your item ships, however most items ship sooner. All canvases are shipped in sturdy boxes with padding and bubble wrap to protect them from damage during transit. All prints are shipped in sturdy shipping tubes for ultimate protection during transit. This helps to prevent any damage that may occur during shipping and ensures that your art arrives looking as beautiful as it did when it left our studio. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress. Once the package is marked as 'delivered' on the tracking page, we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.   • I've placed an order. When will my painting ship?

  • My item has shipped but it is delayed. What can you do?

  • My painting was damaged during shipping. What do I do?
    Unfortunately damage during shipping sometimes occurs and cannot be prevented by the artist. If you have received your item(s) and they were damaged in transit, please contact the artist by emailing a brief description and photos of the damage to aleashamorrisart@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your item(s). You may be asked to ship the item back to Aleasha Morris Art for inspection. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take your bank or credit card company a few days to process and post the refund to your account.
  • The original I wanted sold before I could buy it, can you make another?
    Unfortunately, all of our original pieces are unique and one-of-a-kind. However, Aleasha does offer open and limited edition prints of some of her most popular pieces. When you purchase a painting from our online art store, we will send you the Certificate of Authenticity along with the painting. This certificate is signed by the artist and provides important details about the artwork, including the title, dimensions, and medium used to create the painting.
